The Poyntonia portal was launched earlier this year and gives POYNTING antenna users the opportunity to show how they use their POYNTING antennas. We show the first Poyntonia submissions in this article.
We launched the Poyntonia Portal a couple of months ago. Since then, we have paid out more than 4000 Poynts which is equal to USD 260 to people from all over the world. When we decided to call the portal Poyntonia, we searched the internet to see if something or a place like this exists and found that there is a little frog called Poyntonia. It has a red-orange vertebral stripe and is named after J.C. Poynton, a notable herpetologist who worked in Southern Africa.
With this little frog in mind, Sure van Rooyen, created the Poyntonia frog… a frog with attitude and sass.
