Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Assist in the creation, design and maintain of marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, product guides, banners, PowerPoint presentations and social media graphics.
  • Collaborate with senior designers and the marketing team to develop visually appealing content.
  • Support in maintaining brand consistency across all design projects.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
  •  Edit and retouch images to ensure high-quality visual output.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Administration and Reporting

  • General correspondence and administration completed accurately and timeously.
  • Email, inbox, and data managed timeously and effectively.
  • Professional image maintained in all communication.
  • All reporting and feedback requirements met, and reports completed accurately and timeously, according to company requirements.
  • Drafting, maintaining, and ensuring adherence to departmental processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Supply statistics and information as requested.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Communication Design or similar qualification in this field
  • Minimum 2 year’s experience in this field
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
