POYNTING, in collaboration with Blue Wireless, exhibited at Seawork 2025 in Southampton, UK, from 10–12 June.
Our RF Technology Expert, Birger Hillaert, was available to discuss how POYNTING’s high-performance antennas support reliable connectivity for marine and offshore operations. From improving ship-to-shore communication to enabling robust offshore networks, our solutions are designed to meet the demanding needs of the maritime sector.
It was a valuable opportunity to connect with industry professionals and share insights on practical, next-generation antenna solutions for maritime innovation.
On 11 June 2025, POYNTING proudly participated in the Internet on Demand Partner Event held at the iconic De Efteling theme park in Kaatsheuvel, Netherlands. With around 100 attendees, the event spotlighted the future of connectivity—particularly 5G Fixed Wireless, which promises fiber-like speeds through the air. POYNTING’s Tjeerd Huitema and Roel de Bock engaged with industry partners to explore collaboration opportunities and discuss evolving connectivity needs.
Tjeerd delivered a compelling presentation on POYNTING’s latest high-performance antenna solutions, emphasizing their role in boosting signal quality, reliability, and efficiency across diverse applications. After the sessions, attendees enjoyed the magic of De Efteling, where the filming of the legendary Dutch TV show Ter Land, Ter Zee en in de Lucht added a splash of excitement—complete with homemade "boats" flying down steep ramps and racing to ring the bell, all under the lively hosting of Dutch celebrity Gerard Joling.
