1. Organizer

This giveaway is organized by POYNTING Inc having its registered offices at

Suite 104, Mansfield,
TX 76063, United States.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To participate in this giveaway, entrants must:

• Submit your entry by explaining how you would use the PANL-401

• Not be employees or immediate family members of such individuals.
• Provide accurate and complete information when registering for the giveaway.

3. Contest Period

Participants must complete the giveaway form and register for the webinar between February 2 and February 8, 2026. Entries submitted after this period will not be considered valid.

4. How to Participate

To participate in the Contest, eligible individuals must:

1. Fill in the giveaway form and respond to the designated contest question:
   "Why do you think you should win this antenna?"
2. Submit the response.
3. Follow POYNTING Antennas LinkedIn Page

Note: Limited to one (1) participation per person.

5. Selection of Winner

A total of one (1) winner will be selected based on the following criteria:

• Creativity and originality of the response.
• Purpose of antenna use – a detailed description of the specific project and its application.
• Relevance to the topic and alignment with the POYNTING objectives.
• Clarity, persuasiveness, and impact of the response.

The winner will be determined by a panel of judges appointed by POYNTING. The judges' decision is final and binding, and no appeals or disputes will be entertained.

6. Prizes

• The winner will receive one (1) PANL-401 antenna.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

7. Winner Announcement & Prize Claim

• The winner will be announced on February 16 2026 on our LinkedIn page.
• The winner will also receive a confirmation email from POYNTING within 5 business days of the announcement.
• To claim the prize, the winner must respond to the email and provide any requested information within 4 days.
• If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, their prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

By entering the Contest, participants agree to the collection, storage, and use of their personal data by POYNTING for the purpose of administering the Contest. This includes, but is not limited to, communication with entrants, selection and announcement of winner, and prize distribution. The Organizer will comply with applicable data protection laws and will not share participant data with third parties without consent.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

• POYNTING is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred because of participation in the Contest or acceptance of the prize.
• POYNTING is not liable for any technical issues, internet connectivity failures, or disruptions that may affect participation in the Contest.
• POYNTING reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be violating the terms, submitting false information, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
