Configuration Officer

Hi, I am Langutani Xibambu I’m the newly appointed Configuration Officer at POYNTING Antennas. I have B-tech Industrial Engineering (TUT) and a Certificate for Data Science (UCT) with 7 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry. I am excited about this new opportunity here at POYNTING Antennas as this a new experience working with antennas and I do believe I will keep learning on my day-to-day work schedule.

I am grateful for the opportunity to add value to the company in the future and I am looking forward to this new and exciting endeavour at POYNTING Antennas.

Industrialization Engineer

I’m Louis Baloyi. I am an Industrialization Engineer at POYNTING Antennas, Samrand. I joined the industrialization team on the 5th of December 2022. I am a Qualified Mechanical Engineer from University of Pretoria. I started my engineering career at Transnet Rail Engineer as Design Engineer for 3 years. I then moved to Denel Dynamics where I worked as Aerodynamics and Mechanical Design Engineer for 8 Years. I am a father of two. I work now as an industrialization engineer under RND. The work environment is professional and full of new challenges every day.

Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator

Hi, my name is Sure’ van Rooyen, I’m the newly appointed Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator at POYNTING Antennas. I am very excited to start 2023 working with such a prolific company, it has been a amazing so far. I absolutely love being creative and try to incorporate that is every aspect of my life. I studied Communication Design at Open Window and finished my degree in 2015. My career since then has mostly been spent working for marketing agencies in the field of design and development.

Other than my work, my other passions include, crocheting/knitting, sculpting, gardening, reading or any other kind of crafting you can think of. I love animals and nature and spending time outdoors.

2023 is starting strong so far and I’m looking forward to working with everyone at POYNTING Antennas in the years to come and hoping we can grow together as a company and a family.

Industrial Designer

My name is Nawaal Petker. I joined the POYNTING family as an Industrial Designer at the beginning of the year, and it has been a fantastic experience thus far! I am thrilled to be a part of the company.

I find great joy in bringing ideas to life and making them tangible as I am passionate about creating. It is for this reason that I chose to pivot to the Industrial Design field, from my career in Anthropology and Psychology.

While I have a passion for the creative and manufacturing spaces, I also enjoy hiking, early morning yoga, and anything that affords me the opportunity to be out in the sun.
