Available in two configurations—an antenna-only unit or a high-end CPE unit with space for your preferred router—the SWIRL is engineered to deliver outstanding performance and reliability.

Where is it Used?

Marine Applications

The SWIRL is ideal for marine environments, featuring an easy installation process with a pre-drilled base plate for standard marine industry brackets. It can be mounted on masts or radar towers, making it suitable for a wide range of vessels including tugboats, pleasure boats, ferries, fishing boats and rescue service boats. It provides enhanced cellular coverage up to 22 nautical miles (40 km) under perfect conditions, ensuring robust connectivity on the water.

Mobility and Transport Applications

In mobility and transport settings, the SWIRL offers flexible mounting options and comes standard with adhesive/surface mount or optional magnetic. It is perfect for travel coaches, luxury RVs, broadcasting vehicles, trucks, and other mobile units. The antenna’s exceptional wideband performance and ease of installation make it a top choice for specialized vehicles.

The SWIRL is an 8x8 MIMO, 5G cross-polarized (horizontal and vertical) antenna that offers superior connectivity across an ultra-wideband frequency range, from 617 MHz to 7200. Horizontal and vertical polarisation results in double the data rates compared to antennas with only vertical polarization. The SWIRL is the only product that provides both polarizations!

Add to this the WIFI and GNSS Antennas and you have up to 13 antennas (8 x Cellular, 4 x Wi-Fi, and 1 x GNSS) in one housing that is built to endure demanding environments with an IP69K rating, ensuring reliability in various weather conditions.

  • Built-In Cable Routing Options: Choose between a cable pass-through gland or an external Ethernet port for easy connectivity.
  • Mounting Flexibility: pre-drilled base plate for standard marine brackets (233 mm x 141.5 mm or 9.17 inches x 5.57 inches) and mast or radar tower mounting.
  • Router Compatibility: Transform the SWIRL into a CPE unit to reduce cable loss and simplify installation. It supports a variety of current 4G/5G router brands with a housing size of 185 mm x 50 mm x 230 mm (7.28 inches x 1.97 inches x 9.05 inches).
