When you say 5G ready, does that relate like HD ready for 720p and HD full for 1080p? I hope the comparison in my question makes sense

Question: What do you mean with 5G ready Antennas?

Answer:

POYNTING prides itself to designing future proof antennas which we design antennas with the future in mind. When we state that an antenna is 5G Ready we designed it to cover most of the 5G bands that operators are using and planning to use in the foreseeable future. Our antennas also use MIMO technology that is used in 5G.

If an operator transmits 4G on 2.3 GHz and 5G on 3.4GHz – and you upgrade your SIM Card from 4G to 5G, you don’t have to change your antenna.

You can have a look at the chart here to show which antennas works on which band. Top right you will see whether it is 3G, 4G or 5G frequency bands.
