What did you study?

In 1999 I graduated from the Catholic University of Milan in educational sciences. During my first years of work I also had the opportunity to attend an MBA.

How long have you been doing what you are doing?

I joined the Know IT team in 2016 after almost twenty years of experience in a multinational company. For about ten years I have been working with partners and system integrators: I find it really stimulating as I have the chance to discuss, meet and share ideas with those people daily deal with the real market challenges.

What are your hobbies?

I have a great passion for endurance sports. Over the past few years, I have dedicated myself to triathlon: my next goal is to participate in an Ironman. The real challenge for a triathlete is not the race, but the organization of the training sessions: every day you must take the right time to prepare. Nothing is improvised, you need dedication and commitment.

Do you have children? How many?

I have two wonderful children. Alessandro, 10 years old, is the family intellectual: he loves reading, drawing, and playing with fantasy. Edoardo, 7 years old, on the other hand is physical, lively, and fond of sports. They are the gas of my engine.

What is your favourite food?

I am Italian, I love pasta. Amazingly simple plate: pasta, better if spaghetti, fresh tomatoes, and parmesan. Of course, with a glass of red wine.

Your favourite place to go on holiday?

I love the sea. I love it in all its forms. I like walking on the beach, I like swimming, I love being in the water with my kids to play. The best time to be there is the sunset. The seaside during sunset offers unique colours that bring peace and calm.

What would you change in your life (if anything)?

I am quite proud and satisfied with my life. I would be much braver in exiting the comfort zone and gaining value from new opportunities.
